When you choose to generate an AI outfit image, we collect the photo that you select from your device or capture using your device’s camera.

We collect only the photos you intentionally select or submit for AI processing.
Important:
We do not use facial recognition.
We do not create or store faceprints, facial templates, or biometric identifiers.
We do not use uploaded photos for advertising or identity verification.
We do not use uploaded photos to identify individuals.
2.2 AI Generation Information
To generate an outfit-changed image, we may collect and process:
Your selected photo
Your selected outfit or clothing style
Text prompts or instructions you provide
Generation preferences and technical parameters
The AI-generated image or result
The AI model may analyze visual characteristics such as body position, clothing areas, lighting, image composition, and background solely to generate the requested result.
2.3 Account and Authentication Information
You may use certain App features as a guest.
If you choose to sign in using Apple or Google, we may receive:
Your name, if provided
Your email address or private relay email address
A unique authentication identifier
Your profile image, if provided and authorized
Login and account status information
We use this information to create and manage your account, restore credits or subscriptions, synchronize generated content, and provide account access.
We do not receive your Apple ID or Google account password.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

5. Explicit AI Processing Permission
Before your photo is transmitted for AI processing, the App displays an AI Photo Processing Permission screen.
This screen explains:
What information will be transmitted
That the photo may contain your face, body, clothing, and background
That your selected outfit or prompt will also be transmitted
That the information will be shared with fal.ai
That fal.ai is operated by Features & Labels Inc.
That the information is used to generate your requested AI outfit image
Your photo is not transmitted for AI generation unless you select “Allow & Continue.”
If you select “Don’t Allow,” the App will not upload the photo or send it to fal.ai, and AI generation will not proceed.
We may store your consent choice so that we do not need to request permission before every generation.
6. Third-Party AI Processing
6.1 Information Shared With fal.ai
Looksy: AI Outfit Changer Pro uses fal.ai, operated by Features & Labels Inc., as a third-party AI processing provider.
After you provide explicit permission, the following information may be transmitted from the App to our secure server and then to fal.ai:
The photo you selected
Visible face, body, clothing, and background information contained in the photo
Your selected outfit or clothing style
Any text prompt or generation instruction you provide
Technical generation parameters
The generated image or result
Limited technical request information required to process and secure the request
6.2 Purpose of Sharing
This information is shared with fal.ai only to:
Process the selected photo
Apply the selected outfit or clothing transformation
Generate and return the requested AI image
Detect technical failures, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content when necessary
We do not authorize fal.ai to use your photos to identify you, advertise to you, create biometric identifiers, or sell your personal information.
6.3 Protection Provided by fal.ai
fal.ai processes submitted information as a service provider acting on our behalf.
We require fal.ai and other service providers that process user information on our behalf to provide the same or an equivalent level of privacy and security protection described in this Privacy Policy.
fal.ai’s data-processing terms require appropriate confidentiality, security, limited-purpose processing, and data-deletion measures.

8. AI Results and Limitations
AI-generated images are produced automatically and may not always perfectly preserve your face, body shape, clothing details, colors, or background.
Generated images are provided for creative and personal use and should not be treated as an exact or authentic representation of a person.
9. Data Storage and Retention
9.1 Uploaded Photos
Uploaded source photos stored on our servers are retained temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted within 72 hours after generation, unless a longer period is required to:
Complete a user-requested operation
Investigate fraud or abuse
Comply with applicable law
Resolve a technical issue
9.2 fal.ai Processing Data
We configure fal.ai, where supported, to:
Prevent storage of JSON request inputs and outputs
Restrict unauthorized access to uploaded and generated media
Automatically delete uploaded and generated media within 72 hours
Temporary technical copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
9.3 Generated Images
Generated images that you choose to save to your account may remain available until:
You delete the image
You delete your account
The image is removed because of a legal, security, or policy requirement
When you delete an account, associated generated images and account information are scheduled for deletion within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Images saved directly to your device are controlled by you and are not removed when you delete your App account.
9.4 Account and Subscription Data
Account information is retained while your account remains active.
After an account-deletion request, account information is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except for:
Purchase and transaction records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes
Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse records
Information required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
9.5 Technical Information
Crash logs, performance data, security logs, and usage information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and improve the App.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

No new photo will be sent to fal.ai.
AI image generation will remain unavailable unless you provide permission again.
Withdrawing consent will not automatically delete previously generated images or completed processing records.
You may separately delete generated images, use the in-app account-deletion option, or contact us to request deletion.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or generation request. We may request reasonable verification before completing the request.
Guest users may contact us by email to request deletion of information associated with their device or generation request.
14. User Responsibilities
By submitting a photo, you confirm that:
You own the photo or have permission to use it.
You have permission from every identifiable person shown in the photo.
You consent to AI-based processing as described in this Privacy Policy.
You will not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, nude, or sexually explicit content.
You will not use the App for impersonation, fraud, harassment, deception, or unlawful purposes.
You will not upload images of children for AI processing without authorization from their parent or legal guardian.
15. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are under 18 or below the age of legal majority in your location, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without the required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
